About Ramai

Why we started Ramai ?

Dr Sharad Topkar is a renowned professional, practicing medicine for the last 35 years. As his practice progressed, he realized that the earlier rare diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension, Obesity, Thyroid, Cancer etc. and various skin diseases started rapidly increasing; over the period behavioral issues and mental health also degraded. One of the major reasons was the daily consumption of chemical residue in vegetables and fruits; followed by an unhealthy lifestyle where we daily consume processed and packaged food.

To find the solution he reached the root cause which is unhealthy, processed and chemical-induced, poisonous food right at the production stage where harmful pesticides, insecticides and chemical fertilizers are used in farming. Such agricultural practices are not only harming human health but also have an adverse impact on the environment. These practices are degrading the quality as well as the fertility of the soil. The only way Sharad could see was Organic Farming with the use of Organic Fertilizers. This urge to improve the quality of life gave birth to Ramai in the year 2012. Sharad with help of his wife Mrs Shaila Topkar started manufacturing organic fertilizers.

What We Do ? :

In Ramai, with the help of Desi Cow dung, we manufacture Vermicompost, Garden Manure, Pot Mix and enrich them with primary and secondary nutrients. We also make Decomposing Culture for customers who want to make their fertiliser at home from kitchen waste. We provide Jeevamrut as a tonic for plants and Dashaprni Arka for the disease-free growth of plants. In addition to our primary products, we provide everything that is required for your garden. We call it a “Garden under one roof”.
